Vitalist Inc. Announces Notice of Meeting & Record Date

CALGARY, AB, CANADA – July 24, 2025 – Vitalist Inc. (TSX-V: VITA) (“Vitalist” or the “Company”), a visionary leader in smart wearable technology and a proud licensee of prominent global brands, is pleased to announce that it will hold its Annual General and Special Meeting (the “Meeting”) of shareholders at 10:00 AM MST on September 30, 2025 in person at 2100 Livingston Place, 222 3 Ave SW, Calgary, AB T2P 0B4., for the following purposes:

1. To receive the financial statements of the Corporation for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2025 and the report of the auditors thereon;
2. to elect directors of the Company for the ensuing year;
3. to appoint Crowe MacKay LLP as the Company’s auditors for the ensuing year and to authorize the directors to fix the auditors’ remuneration;
4. Considering and, if thought advisable, passing with or without amendment, special business including, but not limited to, the renewal of the 2024 Omnibus Equity Incentive Plan and the shareholder approval of the August 2024 option grant; and
5. Transacting such other business as may properly come before the meeting or any adjournment thereof.
